By using Recydeé, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Permitted Use

1. You may use our service for lawful purposes only.
2. You may access and use our platform for personal or business property management purposes.
3. You may create content (listings, messages, reviews) that is accurate and not misleading.
4. You may grant access to other users (managers, tenants) as permitted by your account type.

Content Standards

1. All content you submit must be accurate, truthful, and not misleading.
2. You must not upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
3. Property listings must accurately represent the actual property and its condition.
4. You must not use offensive, discriminatory, or harassing language in any communications.
5. You are responsible for all content you post or submit through the platform.

Platform Integrity

1. Do not attempt to circumvent any access controls or security measures.
2. Do not use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform.
3. Do not create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions.
4. Do not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes between users of the platform should first be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process. Recydeé may, at its discretion, assist in mediating disputes but is not responsible for resolving disputes between property owners, managers, and tenants.

Modifications

Recydeé reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of the jurisdiction where Recydeé is registered.
