By accessing or using Recydeé, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.

Description of Service

Recydeé provides a property management platform that enables property owners, managers, and tenants to manage properties, collect rent, handle maintenance requests, and communicate. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service with or without notice.

User Accounts

1. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account.
2. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
4. You may not use another person's account without permission.
5. Accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold or assigned to another party.

Prohibited Uses

1. Using the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
2. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its related systems.
3. Transmitting any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content.
4. Collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information from the service.
5. Using the service to send unsolicited communications (spam).
6. Impersonating any person or entity or falsely stating your affiliation.

Payment Terms

Certain features of the service may require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Recydeé and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Recydeé.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Recydeé, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so through the account settings.
